This place suits me perfectly! The free Wi-Fi, fitness centre, and indoor pool are great. I still remember how the staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend it for a holiday.

Stunningly beautiful and absolutely amazing place, good for one night. Good-sized units with large bathroom, a lovely bed plus an outdoor hot tub, accommodating employees.

I had 4 nights in Queenstown, spending the time here lovely. Booked a room with magnificent views of the lake. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were an advantage. Stunning location in the warmer deck area, all was good. Plus, it was close enough to a park, and Queenstown.

A new modern, very comfortable hotel to the high standards of Hilton. Unfortunately, dined in Queenstown ( Botswana Butchery - excellent) and did not get to experience what is reported and looks like great dining facilities.
While not central to Queenstown, the hotel offers good forms of transport ( water taxi a good experience ). Minor communication problem with Internet access was quickly resolved in the expected Hilton manner. Hotel needs to see an Internet fee for wifi service, to the low volume user, no matter the price, is a huge turn off.

Everything was perfect. Best hotel in New Zealand. Kiwis in the tourism sector should learn from it.
Maybe a bit far from the center.

Stunning setting, it's short walk to the water taxi into town and the waterfront. The apartment overlooks lake and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The personalized welcome from Ali was memorable, and swimming in the lake was an unexpected highlight. While the ferry service was convenient, the distance to town could be improved.

The bed was the most comfortable lush bed I have ever slept in. I want one for home.

Service, luxury and an excellent location. The Kawerau Village is frankly better than Queenstown itself. The professional spa, massage and pool are access card only which means no onlookers and complete privacy. The locker rooms have a sauna and steam rooms attached, maintaining a secluded and peaceful place to relax. The setting for pre dinner drinks is warm and comfortable with stunning views. The corner store cafe will box your lemon tart and give you cutlery to take back to your room. The chefs at Stacks Pub next door cook exactly as asked. Of course, the view is great and the rooms extremely comfortable.

beautiful lake view, indoor warm pool, spacious bathroom
The parking policy is questionable since paying for two days for just 16 hours is unfair!!! The accessibility throughout the hotel feels confusing, and the water taxi service on Friday nights is hugely disappointing!!!

This is an absolutely fantastic luxury hotel in a stunning setting. The room was brilliant, with a great view over the lake and amazing facilities. One major plus for me (which has been highlighted in other reviews as a negative) was the location. I knew that (and was happy that) the hotel was outside of Queenstown. I did not want to stay directly in Queenstown and I was not there to participate in adventure sports or nightlife. I wanted quiet relaxation and a bit of luxury and this was exactly what I got. The day trip to Milford Sound (Great Sights) picks up from the hotel so the location is not an issue in that regard. For those who want to stay in Queenstown city centre and be part of the nightlife, there are lots and lots of accommodation options to choose from.
The only negative experience I had during my stay was in Stacks Pub (one of the associated dining options in Kawarau village). It took me 20 minutes to get a menu and a drink. However, once this issue had been addressed, the service from that point on was fine.
